Hardwood Shutters – 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Our Hardwood Shutters are crafted from sustainably sourced timber, offering exceptional strength, elegance, and timeless appeal.
Each hardwood shutter is backed by a 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, covering defects in materials under normal domestic use.
These shutters are designed to stand the test of time — both in performance and appearance — making them an ideal investment for your home.
Please note that the warranty applies to the original purchaser for as long as you own the shutters and is not transferable to new homeowners.
Waterproof Shutters – 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Designed specifically for bathrooms, kitchens, and utility areas, our Waterproof Shutters are hard-wearing and fitted with stainless steel hinges (for corrosion resistance).
They are resistant to moisture, humidity, and warping — making them the perfect choice for spaces where timber or MDF may not be suitable.
Each waterproof shutter is covered by a 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, ensuring lasting protection in even the most challenging environments.
Craftwood (MDF) Shutters – 3 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Our Craftwood (MDF) range, offers a cost-effective option with a beautifully smooth painted finish.
Each set of MDF shutters includes a 3 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.
MDF shutters are ideal for living spaces, bedrooms, and hallways but not recommended for areas of high humidity, such as bathrooms or utility rooms near water sources.
Damage caused by moisture exposure, misuse, or environmental conditions beyond normal indoor use is not covered under this warranty.
Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
In addition to the manufacturer’s product warranty, every installation carried out by The ShutterShack is covered by our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.
This means that for as long as you own your shutters, you are covered against any installation-related issues that may arise as a result of our workmanship.
This reflects our commitment to customer care and ensures you continue to enjoy beautifully functioning shutters for many years to come.
